What is the future of Schema Pro now that SureRank has launched?

Schema Pro and SureRank are both products built by Brainstorm Force, but they serve very different purposes. With the introduction of SureRank, many users have asked what this means for Schema Pro going forward.

The short answer: Schema Pro remains an active, fully supported product — and it will continue to be maintained, updated, and improved.

Schema Pro was created as a dedicated, lightweight schema-markup plugin that works alongside any SEO plugin. Its design philosophy has always been simple: provide precise, flexible schema control without requiring users to switch SEO tools or adopt a full SEO suite.

Many users rely on Schema Pro because their SEO plugin either does not support certain schema types or does not offer the level of customization they need. That need still exists today, and Schema Pro continues to serve it well.

When we first released Schema Pro, no SEO plugins supported schema markup.

Over time, most major SEO plugins have added some level of schema support — and each time, users have asked whether Schema Pro would still continue.

The answer has always been the same: YES.

Users who require detailed, customizable, and reliable schema markup continue to depend on it, and we remain committed to supporting it.

What about overlap with SureRank?

SureRank is a much broader SEO product focused on on-page optimization, content, technical SEO automation, and more.

Its goals and feature set are broader from Schema Pro. Because of that, we do not plan to merge them.

What you can expect in Schema Pro going forward:

  • Continued maintenance and updates
  • Support for new and evolving schema types
  • Compatibility with WordPress, themes, and SEO plugins
  • A stable, focused tool that stays true to its original mission

Schema Pro will remain exactly what it has always been: a specialized, lightweight, and reliable schema-markup plugin for users who want maximum control without adopting a full SEO suite.
